Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ascend Protocol website and digital products (the "Service"), operated by Ascend Protocol ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. By buying, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. What you're buying
Ascend Protocol is a monthly membership providing access to a digital educational program covering grooming, skincare, style, fitness, and self-improvement habits, plus a new content package delivered each month while your membership is active. It is delivered electronically; there is no physical product.
3. License & acceptable use
On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own use. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the materials;
- Reproduce or repackage the content, in whole or in part, for commercial use;
- Share your access credentials with any other person.
Violation may result in termination of access without refund.
4. Payment & recurring billing
Ascend Protocol is billed as a recurring monthly subscription of $20 per month. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method $20 automatically each month until you cancel. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle. The renewal amount and cadence are shown at checkout.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you retain access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not generate a refund for the current period except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Delivery
Access is delivered digitally, typically instantly after payment is confirmed. To verify your membership, you authenticate with Discord (read-only); we do not post on your behalf.
7. Intellectual property
All content in the Service — text, layout, graphics, and materials — is owned by Ascend Protocol and protected by intellectual-property laws. The license in Section 3 does not transfer any ownership to you.
8. Educational purpose & no medical advice
Ascend Protocol is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, dermatological, nutritional, psychological, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. We make no guarantee of specific results; outcomes depend on individual factors and your own consistency. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, skincare, or health routine.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations or produce any particular outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the month giving rise to the claim.
11. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
